Servicing
Mobility Centre provides a full maintenance and repair service for mobility equipment we've sold including mobility scooters, wheelchairs and walkers.
We recommend having your mobility scooter or wheelchair serviced every six to 12 months depending on how often you use it, to ensure the best performance and reliability.
Our mobile technicians can come to your residence and in most cases repair and or service your scooter or wheelchair on-site. For smaller equipment items, you’re welcome to bring them to our store to be worked on when our technician is next in.
Just like scheduling a service and warrant of fitness for a car, we operate a service reminder programme and we can contact you with a friendly reminder that your scooter or wheelchair is due for a maintenance check so you don't need to worry about when your next service is due - please ask if you would like to be added to our database.
AA Membership
We encourage our clients who drive mobility scooters and powerchairs to become members of the Automobile Association's Get Home Safely Programme. Being a member gives you peace of mind that you will be looked after should anything happen while you're out and about on your scooter no matter what day of the week or time of day. The mobile scooter recovery service will arrange to get your scooter home or to our shop (if open) so that we can get you and your mobility vehicle back up and mobile.
