We are happy to provide quotes for Work And Income or community grants.

Community Grants

Most of our scooters and electric wheelchairs qualify for grants funding.

We are happy to help you check your eligibility and apply for grants funding.

It's important to trial the scooter or wheelchair of your choice at your residence which we are happy to arrange for you free of charge throughout the Wellington, Kapiti and Wairarapa regions. If you need to arrange an occupational therapy assessment we can organise this for you too.

Refunds & Warranty

All our products are covered by warranty.

We import some of our products directly from the manufacturer to ensure the best value for our customers. Our quality assured wholesalers include Invacare, Pride Mobility, Cubro Rehab and Ebos Healthcare and we supply proven brands such as K Care, Roho, Viking, Jazzy and Policare.

We cannot refund on bathroom or toilet products for hygiene reasons.

Insurance For Your Scooter

There is no need to take out a vehicle policy for your mobility scooter. You can simply include it in your contents policy. Just be sure to call your insurer and let them know you've purchased a scooter and you will be covered.

Travelling

AA Membership

We encourage our mobility scooter customers to become members of the Automobile Associations Get Home Safely Programme. All our new Invacare scooters come with a free 3 year membership to this service.
